NLP stands for  "Neuro Linguistic Programming"


NLP is a very powerful and effective so called "Short Time Therapy". It is literaly dealing with changing a mind set or parts of a mind set by reprogramming.

NLP deals with thoughts, feelings and experiences which have formed a personīs value sysem, beliefs and strategies and it analyses and optimises a personīs mental landscape.

NLP is using the language which we use to program our brain. This enables NLP to find ways to heal disturbing patterns, enhance self healing powers, restore resources and create options to step into a joyful and fulfilled life again.
